Hi Paul, take the boat mate. Oyster Harbour is a great spot, launch at Emu Point. Plenty of good fishing, you get oceanic species (herring, skippy, whiting etc) at the Emu Point end of the estuary and bream etc towards the "northern" end. Also plenty of scope to get out into KG Sound if the weather is good. The beauty of Albany is that their is plenty of sheltered waters and the waether has to be pretty Sh*thouse to completely wipe out a fishing trip of some description. Try out near the little island in Oyster Harbour or out amongst the mussel farms. Can get some enormous skippy near the mussell farms and also some just size snapper if things go your way.
