Check out the link below, the guy that posted was on a boat that became stuck in a tuna pen off Mexico.
It  nearly caused an international incident and they even ended up fishing inside the pen while stuck there.
The pics are pretty illuminating!

great story and photos - thanks for the link Scotty

should be interesting to see what comes of it (if anything)
it certainly highlights the need for a proper lookout at all times as well as the dangers of travelling at night!
What was their radar showing??
Remember the 1st rule of the collision regulations states that you are not allowed to have a collision !
