Struth dealing with the east coast suppliers in Melbourne last week was painful

Just got an email response today from one supplier that they took the whole week off - all because of a horse race!!!

Couldn't have given a toss about their customers & their needs

See if the smirk is still there after her MD gets my email missive about missing out on a substantial order

So much for daylight saving and aligning the time for business.

Bob...im squarely in your corner on this!

We've a gutfull of workers not turning up on Mel Cup Day..and the day after.........then comes the bullsh!t excuses....blah blah. Its a hangover, deal with it.

Make it a 1 day public holiday and we'll roster around it.

Cant turn up the following day????.....get a new job
