Heres a little sequence of one of Simmos (many) barra on a recent trip to the Fitzroy. I'll let him tell the story at some stage. Maybe when he gets back from looking for his last runaway mud crab.

The hookup...

Nice shots Lee, and good timing

PS gotta ask, one rod in each hand, what's he steering with?

There is two blokes in that tinny Dick! Both of them up around the 100kg mark. They are very close...

As for the timing I will have to attribute that to no sleep and about 17 beers in the sun. Push the little button enough times and you are bound to fluke one.

Heres another one. Nice rod work Simon.

yeah well.... after it got boring landing them i thort i'd let you and Matt get some jump shots  doesn't hurt to help them up in this case - pretty sure the hooks had pulled out at this stage

as for the muddies...all accounted for and in the freezer ready for blue bones !! hopefully their lives were not a total waste
